Claude reads your OneDrive, SharePoint, and Outlook. Search files by name, read email threads, open documents directly in the chat.

hub HubSpot

Claude sees your deals, contacts, and notes. Look up a borrower, check a deal stage, or get a pipeline summary without leaving the chat.

  • One-time setup. Claude gets read-only access to OneDrive, SharePoint, and Outlook so it can open files and read email directly.

    1. Open claude.ai/customize.The Customize page. Skills, Connectors, and Plugins all live here.
    2. Click Connect your apps, then the + next to Microsoft 365.It's under "Anthropic & Partners." Search "microsoft" if you don't see it.
    3. Sign in with your @paceloangroup.com account and accept the read-only scopes.Revoke any time from the same page.
    4. In a new chat, try: "List my five most recent files from OneDrive."Real filenames means you're in.
    lock Read-only. Claude can read your files, but can't move, delete, share, or change anything.

  • Read-only access to deals, contacts, and notes. Pull deal context without leaving the chat.

    1. From claude.ai/customize, open Connect your apps and search hubspot.Same modal as Microsoft 365. Anthropic & Partners tab.
    2. Click the + next to HubSpot. Sign in and pick the PACE Loan Group workspace.If you see more than one workspace, make sure to pick PLG.
    3. Accept the scopes HubSpot lists.Claude only sees what you already see in HubSpot.
    4. Try: "Find the HubSpot deal for Borrower [NAME] and tell me the stage."Right deal? You're in.
    lock Same permissions as your HubSpot login. Claude can't see deals you don't have access to and can't change anything.

  • Claude remembers context between chats. Your role, naming conventions, preferred tone. Tell it once, every future conversation picks up where you left off.

    1. In any chat, type "Remember the following about me and how I work:" and then list the facts you want Claude to know.Your role, team, preferences, naming conventions, tone.
    2. Claude saves it to memory. Every new conversation starts with that context automatically.No need to repeat yourself.
    3. Add more over time. Any time you say "Remember that..." Claude saves it.Memory grows as you use it.
    Good things to tell Claude
    • I work on the [team] team at PACE Loan Group.
    • When I say "loan number," I mean our internal ID (format: PLG-XXXXX).
    • Draft emails in a direct, professional tone.
    • Default to US date format (Mon DD, YYYY).
    • When drafting borrower correspondence, always reference the loan number and property address.

chat Stay in the same chat

Every follow-up builds on what Claude already knows. Starting a new chat means starting over. Use the same conversation until the topic changes.

attach_file Drop any file

PDFs, Excel, Word, screenshots. Drag it into the chat. Claude reads up to 500 pages per conversation. No upload portals, no file-type restrictions.

format_quote Ask for citations

Add "Quote the section number" or "Show me where it says that" to any prompt. Claude references the exact clause or page so you can verify.

"Remember that I always use PLG-XXXXX format for loan numbers." Claude saves it and applies it in every future conversation.
